Use your neoprene washer head screws to secure the metal to the sheathing. For exposed fasteners avoid over tightening the fastener. First mark all the purlin locations on the deck joists. Overlap the edge of the roof by 1 inch.

Place the first screw. Work toward the ridge. Space the screws about 12 in 30 cm apart. Install the roofing screws vertically along each rib in the panel.

Secure the metal panel to the deck by drilling 1 1 2 inch galvanized metal screws through the peak of the rib in 12 inch to 16 inch intervals.
