Roll the cone template into a cone shape starting at the wide end working toward the pivot point end. Draw a circle on the sheet metal with a pencil compass. When i started drawing it out in autocad i realized that i could make a half circle with a 12 diameter hemisphere for the bottom and a 22 5 for the top.
