Place it over your project.
Use a craft stick or cricut scraper.
Apply as little as possible dripping onto the surface and using a q tip to spread around.
Then continue to peel the transfer tape away from the vinyl.
Stick a piece of vinyl to your cutting mat making sure the paper backing side is down.
You ll begin to notice that the vinyl starts to peel off very easily after being heated for a bit.
Attach a small area of transfer tape to your design.

When removing the vinyl sheet from the mat peel the mat away from vinyl instead of lifting vinyl from the mat for a smooth release.
