We are very very pleased with it. Reviewed in the united states on november 18 2016. Instead of water pouring over the gutter it now flows the way it is supposed to. It cleaned out what had been over a year of clogged leaves debris in 2 passes only getting stuck in the muck once.

I was most pleasantly surprised. When it hits a bunch of muck it has a tendency to flip. Cleaning your gutters from a ladder can be a worrisome and sometimes dangerous process. Candidly i wasn t sure how well this might work given some of the lower ratings filed here.

Effectively cleaning that section of gutter was worth the purchase price for the unit for us. When the gutters and flashing have been installed correctly there is enough room under the gutter hanging straps for the robot to proceed thru the gutters without any problem.
